SHIPMENTS

All shipment are made by Fedex. Where freight included in the price, Fedex Express, International Economy is used for delivey to by customer specified shipping address. Handling time is 1-3 days, shipping is 4-8 days. Tracking information will be sent out to customers email when shipped out.

This webshop is limited to only some markets. We only accept valid shipping addresses in the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hong Kong, Latvia, Lithuania, New Zealand, Portugal, Ukraine, United States, 

RETURNS

Return shipment for cancelled orders are paid by the buyer. Cancellation of order must be done within 7 days after receiving the shipment. Simmer Style can help to organise return picked up by fedex. Payment will be returned minus cost of return shipment after receiving the unused and still new products to our warehouse.
